Travel Disclaimer: All prices below are including travel expenses for projects within a 50 square mile radius in relation to my dispatch location in Merrick NY. Anything outside of this radius will be charged the state maximum allowable rate of .55 cents per mile; plus tolls.
All content used for broadcasting or captured including but not limited to – graphics/images, audio/sounds, moniker’s or names used are the sole responsibility of the client to ensure proper copyright protection and permissions are secured. MX Studios is not responsible for securing permission on your behalf.
Client is responsible for ensuring they have access to all accounts that are to be used for the purpose of streaming live, and have required permission and ownership of said accounts. MX studios nor its employees are responsible for accounts being used or manipulated without owners permission.
All appointments are based on a 5 hour minimum with the exception of the first and last hour being required for setup and breakdown respectively. Packages are customized per customer per scenario during consultation.
All clients require a consultation before booking an actual appointment for serives to ensure that we exchange nessecary information and provide you with the best options for your project. A consultation fee of $100.00 is required and will be deducted from the first invoice for work if contracted. Consultation fees are due before arrival and is non refundable. Appointment rescheduling for consultation or servies must be made within 24 hours of scheduled time. Cancellations can be rescheduled once. Any subsequent cancellations will result in a loss of deposit. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
